Skills
Managing TASC sales (primarily Savings Accounts, Current Accounts & Term Deposits) by effectively leading a direct team of 7-10 Relationship Managers – TASC along with self-sourced business. TASC RMs may report directly to Circle Head – TASC or through Cluster Heads TASC (in larger geographies) with direct reporting span not exceeding 10.

Responsibilities
1 Customer Service – Servicing – Cleints complaints as recevied from pivotal
2 Fee Income (Including MLI ) – 0.50% of yearly Enhancement disbursement target amd income through Insurance
3 Month End Enhancement Disb (Limit Enhanced ) – 100% achievement of Monthly Target
4 Portfolio Irregularities – Delinquency- Limit Based Products – 30+ DPD – Not more than 0.5% of the Portfolio. AchIvemnt Basis delinquency numbers as per March 31, 2017 report
5 Cross Sell (CASA/GI/RA/Card) – 5 Lead to be generated per month
6 New to Bank Business – Generating leads from existing customer, sharing with SMs , 5 logins per month
7 Portfolio Retention – 95% of the customer to be Retained as on 31st March 2017
8 Monthly Utilization – 60% of portfolio
9 Portfolio Management – Renewals / Pending Renewals /Stock Statement / Insurances/Other compliances – Nil Pending. Basis March 31, 2017 report
